I help clients with trauma heal their mind, body and spirit by blending evidenced based science and holistic practices. So that you can get out of the unending loop and into your ideal life!

It can be scary to reach out for help in any situation, especially when it comes to trauma. Healing deep wounds can be challenging for many reasons.  Know that there is hope, and healing can happen!

Perhaps you have some wounds and experiences that have been holding you back.  Maybe you’re experiencing:

*flashbacks, nightmares, are always on guard, or have difficulty trusting  others.  

*Maybe you’ve never shared your story because of deep feelings of fear, shame and guilt.

*Maybe you’ve become so skilled at stuffing your feelings you don’t know how you’re feeling.  

*Perhaps it’s making it difficult to connect with people you love and care about. 

*Or maybe there’s this underlying feeling of fear, sadness, or feeling uncomfortable in your own skin.

Some clients have said to me “I’ve tried a bunch of things and none of it has worked.  I don’t want to bring it up because it just makes me feel worse.”

In our work together we do a deep dive into what has worked in your treatment, what hasn’t worked, and what pieces you might still need to learn.  We use tools such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical behavior techniques, mindfulness, yoga therapy, techniques and more to create a whole person, holistic plan for long term recovery and healing, without continuing to re-traumatize you!  And most importantly, we build a relationship of connection and trust so that you can do this most sacred work in your own time.
